Let’s get acquainted

GS Translations was founded in the year 2000, at the dinner table in my home in the province of Utrecht, the Netherlands. After several years of working as a teacher, I decided to start this company of which I am the sole proprietor. My name is Guy Schuitemaker and I am a translator of Dutch to English and English to Dutch. With a decent amount of experience, a proper education and a degree in translation, I have been able to turn this company into a solid and trustworthy service provider specializing in legal translations, where clients feel at home and where agreements are honoured. When working on assignments I prefer to consult closely with my clients, in order to comply with their wishes as much as possible. Such close consultation creates trust and forms a solid base for a successful result.
